In order to keep jury membership active, it is mandatory for the member to participate in at least one round of voting procedure, each award edition. In case the member skips an edition by not participating in even a single round of voting, the membership is marked "inactive".
Such individuals need to renew their membership before the commencement of nominations voting for the next award edition in order to continue their participation at FOIOAs. In case the member fails to renew their inactive membership within this stipulated timeline, their membership will be terminated.
It is further added that on renewal, it is mandatory for the member to participate in at least one round of voting procedure for the upcoming edition, failing which the membership will be eventually terminated.
Once a membership is terminated, the individual can re-apply for membership by filling out a fresh application only after a period of 365 days from the date of termination.

Once submitted, your membership will be terminated post review. This might take up to 30 days from the day of submission. No separate communication in this regard would be sent to the individual.
